Sagtikos Manor Art Show on the Great Lawn

Date: Sunday August 22, 2010 – 11AM to 4PM (there is no rain date ).

Location: Sagtikos Manor, Montauk Highway, West Bay Shore

                        (1/2 mile East of Robert Moses Causeway)

Space Size:  Approximately 20’ x 20’;(includes one free parking space).

Fee: $ 40.00 non-refundable ($50 after August 13, 2010)

Set-up: 8:00AM – 10:30AM; all artists are responsible for their own set-up, including display materials and dismantling of artworks at the end of the show.

Sagtikos Manor Historical Society, Suffolk County Parks Department and the County of

Suffolk and their agents servants an/or employees, shall not be liable for property damage, personal injury, damage to dealer inventory and other public liability in any way related to applicant activities at the Sagtikos Manor Art Show. At the end of the show, all refuse and garbage must be disposed of properly.
